The two main areas we worked on for Parrotfish was 1. The website and 2. Social and 3. PPC with Google. The website was crucial, as the only sales channel was online through ecommerce. First we created a pre-launch page to garner interest and collect email addresses. Shortly afterwards the Shopify webstore was launched with 5 different currencies, a newsletter & blog, a live chat, and an ambassador program. The website is not only very powerful as a webstore with various payment methods and a seamless user experience, but on top of that loads in 0.7 seconds and passes 100% of the Google best practices, as well as being mobile optimized.
In terms of Social Media, after the full infrastructure of Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest was set up, the account was grown into 1,600+ followers on instagram and 2,400 followers on Facebook. Content creation for the brand included daily posts/reels, working with creative agencies and photographers and ensuring coverage of brand related holidays and promotions.
